HabitatMaroc

Real estate agencies: list for free on HabitatMaroc

Your properties in front of buyers and tenants in Morocco and abroad, with no re-typing and no commission. Clients contact you directly.

Free, no commitment. An email address is all you need.

Free listings

Sale, rent, new-build, offices, shops, land, flat-shares: all your listings, with no fees and no commission on your deals.

Automatic import

Give us your website feed (XML or CSV) or send a spreadsheet: your properties and photos are imported, then updated every hour. Sold properties disappear on their own.

Your agency page

Logo, introduction, contact details, areas covered and all your properties on a page in your name that you can share.

Direct contacts

Clients message you on WhatsApp, call you or write through the site. Nobody stands between you and them.

In 4 languages

French, Arabic, English and Spanish: your properties reach Moroccans abroad and foreign buyers.

Website and app

Your listings appear on habitatmaroc.com and in the mobile app, with map search, alerts and favourites for clients.

How it works

  1. 1

Create your account in a minute and fill in your agency profile (logo, phone, WhatsApp).

  2. 2

Add your properties: one by one on the website or app, or all at once by import.

  3. 3

After a quick check, your listings go live. You receive enquiries by WhatsApp, phone or message.

Frequently asked questions

Is it really free?

Yes. Listing, import and the agency page are free, and we take no commission on your sales or rentals.

I already list on other portals. Do I have to re-type everything?

No. If your website has a listings feed (most real estate software does), we connect it and your properties stay up to date. Otherwise a spreadsheet is enough; the template is on the import page.

Who sees my phone number?

The WhatsApp button and your phone number show on your listings. Signed-in visitors can also write to you through the site, and we review listings before publication to keep scams out.

Which cities?

All of Morocco: all 1,500 communes are covered. We start in Marrakech, then Casablanca, Rabat, Tangier, Agadir and Fès.
