The service

HabitatMaroc lets you publish and browse property listings in Morocco (sale, rent, flat-shares, premises, land…) and contact advertisers. HabitatMaroc is not an estate agent and is not a party to transactions between users.

Account

An account is required to post a listing or use messaging. You must be 18 or over, give accurate information and keep your credentials private. You can delete your account at any time.

Your listings

Only post properties you are entitled to offer, with a real price, photos of the property and accurate information. One listing per property.

Forbidden: fake or misleading listings, scams (money asked before a visit, forged documents), discriminatory, offensive or illegal content, other people’s contact details, and photos you do not have the rights to.

Listings are reviewed before publication. We may refuse or remove a listing and suspend an account if these rules are broken or after well-founded reports.

You keep ownership of your content and allow us to display it on the website, the apps and when shared, while it is published.

Messages and contacts

Messaging and forms are only for talking about listings. Canvassing, spam and harassment are forbidden. You can block a user and report a listing at any time.

Be careful

Always visit a property before paying anything, check the advertiser’s identity and the documents (land title, contract), and never pay a deposit to someone you have not met. Report any suspicious listing.

Liability

Listings are published under their authors’ sole responsibility. Price estimates, prices per m² and mortgage simulations are indicative. We do our best to keep the service available and accurate, without being able to guarantee it.
