Am I eligible for the housing aid?

The State’s direct aid programme (2024–2028) gives MAD 100,000 for a new home up to MAD 300,000, or MAD 70,000 up to MAD 700,000. Answer 6 questions.

1. Are you a Moroccan national (in Morocco or abroad)?

Yes No

the programme is for Moroccan nationals.

2. Do you already own a home in Morocco? (a share of an inheritance does not count)

Yes No

you must not already own a home in Morocco.

3. Have you already received State aid for a home?

Yes No

the aid is given only once.

4. Is the home new and bought directly from the developer (first sale, housing permit after 1 January 2023)?

Yes No

only new homes bought from the developer qualify (not resales).

5. Will you live there for at least 5 years (or your spouse, parents or children if you live abroad)?

Yes No

the home must be the main residence for 5 years.

6. Price including VAT (MAD)

the price must be MAD 700,000 including VAT at most.
