Searching
Choose buy or rent, a city and a neighbourhood, then refine with filters (price, size, bedrooms, price drops…). Create an alert to hear about new listings.
Contacting an advertiser and booking a visit
From a listing, send a message, call, write on WhatsApp or propose up to three visit times. The advertiser confirms one in the chat.
Posting a listing
Posting is free for private owners and agencies. Every listing is reviewed before it goes live.
Reporting a listing or a user
Use “Report this listing” on the listing page, or block a user from the chat. Reports are handled within 24 hours.
Deleting my account
In the app: Account → Delete my account. On the website: My space → Delete my account. You can also email us from your account’s email address.
Deleted immediately and permanently: your account and profile, your listings with their photos and floor plans, your favourites, alerts and saved searches, your conversations and messages, and your phones’ notification tokens.
Kept, no longer linked to your account: contact requests you already sent to advertisers (they belong to them) and reports, anonymised. Backup copies are erased within 30 days.
